IT infrastructure audit
An IT infrastructure audit is an in-depth analysis of your current IT environment, conducted by experienced technical consultants.
Based on pre-provided information, Tricore prepares an audit proposal tailored to your environment and expectations.
The audit itself goes beyond a superficial check and zooms in on the core of your infrastructure.
What do we analyze?
Our technical people come on-site and thoroughly analyze the environment in context, paying attention to coherence and dependencies.
Depending on the scope, we examine the following components among others:

Working from
strong principles is complex, but
greatly appreciated.
From analysis to
clear recommendations
After the audit, you will receive a comprehensive and structured report in which:
- the current situation is clearly described
- risks and points of attention are identified
- concrete improvement points are proposed
- priorities are clearly indicated
This report will be explained personally, so you not only know what can be improved, but also why and what the impact is.
WiFi site surveys
A well-functioning wireless network requires a targeted approach.
WiFi site surveys are therefore not a standard part of an infrastructure audit, but a separate service with a specific focus.
Tricore offers two types of WiFi site surveys depending on your situation.
Predictive site survey
In a predictive site survey, we work based on floor plans and technical parameters.
We simulate the WiFi environment and outline a proposal in which:
- Access points are strategically positioned
- Obstacles and spaces are taken into account
- Coverage and capacity are optimized
This approach is ideal for new buildings, renovations, or reconfiguration of spaces.
Active site survey
In an active site survey, our specialists come on-site to measure and analyze the existing WiFi environment.
We map, among other things:
- Effective coverage
- Signal strength and interference
- Performance in practice
- Bottlenecks and problem areas
Based on this, we formulate concrete recommendations to improve the WiFi experience.
Objective advice, separate from implementation
Both infrastructure audits and WiFi site surveys are conducted with one goal: to provide objective insight into the current situation.
The results can be used:
1.
as a basis for optimization
2.
for budgeting and planning
3.
during migrations or expansions
4.
as a second opinion
Implementation can be done by Tricore, but is separate from the audit itself.
